Greg is a corporate strategist and financier with over 25 years of capital markets experience including IPOs, RTOs, and M&A transactions. In 2005, Greg co-founded a gold exploration company that was acquired in 2014 for over $200MM. Most recently, Greg was a founding director of a wellness company that was acquired in 2020 for more than $700MM.

Greg currently sits on the board of directors of two companies; and continues to be an active investor in real estate, small cap growth companies, and provides strategic advice and consulting to companies looking to access the capital markets in North America.
